I was swollen for 10 weeks ... but because I was swollen and was also water retention ... too often.
I did not start running until 4 months in total. but it depends on how much weight gain and how fast your baby grows. My mother noticed my weight gain in 3 months, but my belly is round like a pumpkin up to 3 weeks. Changes during pregnancy are so wonderful. I loved my pregnant body, not much later.
