An engineer. It would be realistic and make the best home more ro ad practices can live cheaper cost.
I prefer to design my own house and then build to a contractor. I know I cheated on your question, but hey, I'm exactly what he wanted at the same time, both the architect and engineer told me he said, but half the price! Of course it helps that my cousin, an engineer and helped the little blue print. I think that we really choose an engineer!
